That one visit had been enough for Layla to become hooked. She enjoyed watching the french man work. Yes, it would have seemed boring to many others but it was relaxing to her. Relaxation was something she needed desperately at the end of very day. Working for the Ministry might not have been her passion, but it helped her rise in status and that was what was important to Layla.
Layla walked into the store once again and headed straight over to the counter. She hoped that Mathis was behind the counter otherwise she would have wasted time. Of course she could always buy something like a normal customer, but it wasn't nearly as entertaining without him around. His accent alone could make her smile. Of course, Layla would never admit it. Mathis was a weakness of hers and she did her best to hide it. "Hello?" she called out.
