All good things and times must come to an end and unfortunately Sonia's time in Ireland had. Though she had left the Wyvern in capable hands she needed to get back to her grindstone and wasn't looking forward to it. Well she looked forward to seeing Kali but that was about it. She never brought Kali on the short trips only the long ones. Kali wasn't as fond of Ireland and country side as she was. She was definitely a city cat. She hadn't been to Hogsmeade in in a while and she decided to have a bit of break in the wizarding town. She walked the streets. It was definitely less hectic than a Diagon Alley and Sonia appreciated that. Though her cat might enjoy the crowds she did not. Deciding to stop in at the Hogs Head instead of the Three Broomsticks, the crowd and the fact that was too much like the Leaky Cauldron she took the off down High Street to the other Hogsmeade Pub the Hog's Head. Pushing open the door she could see that it was still small and dark and she wondered why the owner hadn't made any improvements. It was what she did when the White Wyvern fell into her lap. Admittedly it didn't help when it came to customers but at least she had made an effort as she was reasonably proud to say that it was hers and that she worked there. Heading to the bar and thinking that some Fire Whiskey would be good she took a seat.

Selene had been the owner of the Hogs Head for quite sometime. A really long time actually. sometimes she had used a different alias, but all the same she had owned the place for many years. She could vividly remember buying the place from the previous landlord. it had been so exciting. it was the first thing that actually belonged to her. she'd had such high hopes for the place back then, but as the years passed on she hadn't changed much.

there was top shelf liquor and living room furniture for people sit and chat. selene had found people liked to sleep on the sofa instead. everytime that happened she was there to send them home. selene heard the chime of the bell that belonged to the front door. she took a quick look over her shoulder to see who had entered. to her surprise it was a familiar face. sonia baroque! they had met many years ago before sonia had even been turned into a vampire like selene. she smirked a bit as she finished off her glass of scotch. "I didn't think I'd see you here." she admitted to sonia without turning to look at her.

Sonia raised a dark eyebrow at the barkeep and smirked slightly. It seemed she was not the only vampire in the bar owning business and we seemed to favour those with not a great reputation and/or within a bad local. "To be honest I never expected to be here," Sonia said with a sniff eyeing off the ratty décor. "Decided to swing by Hogsmeade on my way back from Ireland and I could have chosen the Three Broomsticks but I decided to give my service to the down an out because I know how it feels to compete with the more well-known and popular." Sonia was not going to say that she didn't particular like the Three Broomsticks but Selene didn't need to know that. "I am actually surprised to see you here," she said looking the other vampire over. "I never thought you would be the type to work in a pub. Perform maybe, but work never. A fire whiskey would be great if you have any?"
