"That's good to hear. But please be careful," he gave Xavier a motherly look and squeezed the other's hand softly. He feared for this boy's well being. It wasn't safe for new vampires to stay in crowded places like schools. But he saw it was something that made the boy happy, so he'd let him stay a little while longer. "I'm glad you can finish your school. How many years do you have left?"

Emi was glad that the other would consider it. Hopefully he'd agree. If he could show him a thing or two, it meant they could see each other another time. "Thank you," he gave the Hufflepuff a smile and closed the topic for now. Being pushy wasn't usually appreciated.

Then they jumped into their own little paradise. Emillian landed elegantly as he always did. Once down on the grond, he redid his hair which had gotten a little out of style. He watched Xavier laying down in the field of flowers. He stayed standing a little longer to memorize the picture. Then he softly smiled and laid down next to him. The soft breeze made the scent of flowers spread even better. It was a nice smell and a perfect moment. "They are, try to focus on the nice things they grand you," he told the other. "The scent of the flowers and the forest far away, the soft whispers of the wind and the birds singing their songs."

"I will," Xavier said honestly. He always did try his best but sometimes it was hard. There were a few people that enjoyed his company and friendship that he had been avoiding without explanation. He couldn't tell them, he wasn't ready. Not even if they had managed to guess by now. He just didn't want to hurt them, even if it'd be an accident.

Xav smiled over at Emi as the older vampire joined him. He closed his eyes and tried doing what Emi was telling him to do. He could smell so many things that he would never have noticed when he was fully alive. "Hey Emi. Is it normal for vampires to forget their entire turning? I don't even remember how I ended up back home."

Despite being young forever, Emillian couldn't live up to the term. Moments like this were rare for this immortal teenager. He had grown up responsibilities. Like the vampire army he purely joined because he didn't want it to escalate like the werewolf one did. Werewolves' feral nature had some beauty but there was a reason they didn't live long. They were mindless beasts. Vampires were above that, at least proper ones. Younglings should be guided well. Emillian had considered himself a man of culture, someone who appreciated the world. He didn't want to see it in ruin just yet.

His inner teenage heart longed for more carefree moments like this. Emi turned around and laid on his chest, his lean legs dangled up in the air. He was closer now to Xavier before and watched him from aside. The scholar asked him about vampire turnings. A good question, Emi didn't have a direct answer to that. Most vampires ignored the topic. "I don't think it is uncommon. For most it is a traumatic experience. Your mind just goes in overdrive. For me... I only remember fragments... I might have forgotten in time. It is quite a while ago," he told the other, sharing a little personal information he never told anyone.

"I wish I at least knew who did it," Xavier stated. What had happened and what had he done to deserve this fate of his. He wondered how long ago it had been for Emi. Was that going to be him one day? Time meaning little at all? "You're sure you really want to teach me what I need to know?" Xavier asked as he thought on Emi's earlier offer. "I wouldn't want to burden you."

Emilian gazed up at the sky but immediately closed his eyes. While it was twilight there was still a little bit of sun. It gave him an immediate headache. "Would it matter? Knowing who did it won't change your fate," he spoke but realized it might have sounded a little rude. He might not care anymore but perhaps it was important to Xavier. "Sorry. I kind of understand that you want to know but don't let it control you. My masters and their guests made me," he told the boy. "I don't remember much of it except feeling terrified. I was but food to them, an animal. They didn't turn me because they choose me or considered me worthy. It was a mistake. I was meant to die and be thrown away. Knowing that doesn't give more or less meaning to my life," he told the younger vampire. Emil's life as a human had been short but he remembered most of it. How his parents sold him to the vampire lords. Being a servant to them and enduring all he saw, they fed on him occasionally but never too much. Until one day he couldn't handle it anymore and tried to flee. It had been a mistake. One couldn't run away from a vampire.

He smiled to Xavier and shook his head. "You won't be a burden," he told the other. "It has actually been a while since I guided someone. So I might not be the best sire. Please excuse me beforehand."

Xavier supposed not but he still wanted to know. And why. He listened as Emi spoke and wondered again what the point of turning him had been. Had it been an accident? Was he meant to die but had somehow ingested a vampires blood? It made little sense.

Xavier smiled as Emi said that he wouldn't be a burden. "I'm sure you'll do fine," he said in reassurance, leanng in to kiss the older vampires cheek in gratitude before standing. "I should probably head back for now. This was an odd but great first date. Thank you," he said considering it hadn't been explained to him that the whole secret admirer thing had merely been a lure nor had it occurred to him that it was.

Xavier's confidence in Emillian's mentor skills made him smile. The kiss on the cheek was completely unexpected. He'd have blushed right there had his body been capable of doing so. His light brown eyes followed the other with an enchanted look in his eyes. Xavier announced his department to which Emi nodded. He was sad that this meeting came to an end so quickly. “I wouldn’t want you to get into trouble,” he told him as he too got up. “Huh? Aahhh it was great, thank you for coming,” he made a little polite bow like back in the day. Was this a date? Emillian hadn’t considered that at all. It was supposed to be a meeting and he was supposed to lure him in. Oops… The Generals wouldn’t be happy. Then again it took Emi centuries to join. “I hope to see you again soon,” he said sincerely. "I shall walk you back to the castle," he suggested, not wanting him to go alone.

"Next time you'll have to show me that shop for blood you told me about," Xavier said, knowing he would be able to get by a while longer. "You could write to me and we'll figure out a time for us to see one another again." Xavier already knew that he very much wanted to see Emi again. He made Xavier feel.. well, as normal as he could feel under his circumstances.

Emillian nodded. "Promised. Just help me remember, I hope I won't forget," he told the other with a smile. He looked forward to that meeting. There was still so much about Xavier he did not know. They had time. And now he had gotten a chance too. That was all he needed. The castle was near, Emillian wouldn't go much further. This meeting had come to an end. "Expect an owl soon," he winked and reached over and kissed the other's cheek.

"I'll be sure to remind you next time we meet," Xavier assured. The castle was within view and they were near the barriers so he knew he had to say good bye for the moment. "All right, I'll be seeing you," Xavier said, his fingers briefly grazing over where Emis lips had been. With one last smile the older vampires way, Xavier returned to Hogwarts.
