song hanuel
17 || gryffindor student || homosexual || Taken by seok-jin choi
So. This is Hanuel. He's sassy, opinionated, maybe a little racist, but that's more down to how he was bought up than his own world view. He's actually a pretty nice guy and he's very likely to change his world view a bit once he's had a few experiences with muggleborns and muggles. He's a prefect right now, and the Gryffindor keeper. The thing to keep in mind with him is that he's absolutely hyper-competitive.
Friends: Hanuel's genuinely a really nice guy, even toward the people he's prejudiced against, he just keeps that to himself, and can be a bit snotty.
Enemies: Hanuel's a competitive guy, and he's very opinionated. he could find enemies easily. Especially people who play quidditch for the other houses.
Lovers: He currently has something going on with seok-jin choi , but in general he's a gay guy, who is honestly kind of boy-crazy. He's likely to take interest in most guys who are interested in him.lorna elise greyback16 || Ravenclaw student || homosexual || single
Meet Lorna. Child of Fenrir Greyback and a Scottish werewolf. Lorna is definitely her father's daughter. She's violent and nasty, extremely volatile. She's an underachiever but as you can probably tell by her being Ravenclaw, she's not stupid. She simply doesn't really apply herself most of the time. The interesting thing about Lorna is that she's been a werewolf since before she could walk, and she's been taughther whole life that family, her pack, is everything. Even if she doesn't particularly like her siblings, that's her business. If you don't like her siblings. That's also her business
Friends: Lorna puts a lot of effort into not having many friends or a great reputation. but she actually does like people despite the image she tries to cultivate. If you're nice to her, she'll be nice to you, but don't expect an easy friendship. She'll call you out when she doesn't like how you act, and she'll get you into plenty of trouble.
Enemies: Lorna is an easy person to hate, between her bad attitude, her protective behaviour when it comes to her family and simply being a werewolf. When you're her enemy, expect her to be nasty to you, violent when she feels the need and slow to forgive.
Lovers: Lorna is shamelessly, openly and very actively gay. she's always got her eyes out for a girl she might be interested in. She's likely to show her interest in just about any woman who catches her eye, but it doesn't always translate to something serious. When she does find love, it'll be intense, passionate and emotional. Handle that situation with care!lucy ginevra weasley16 || hufflepuff student || bisexual , Prefers women|| Single, has her eye on evie blackwell
This little lady is Lucy. Sassy, friendly, playful and creative she's by far the nicest character I'm playing right now. She has a pretty turbulent home life that can weigh on her a bit. She's a pretty typical Weasley. Loving friendly, loyal, and honestly willing to do just about anything for her friends. She also has a definite mischievous side to her. That said, she's her father's daughter in a lot of ways too and is pretty hard working.
Friends: Lucy will befriend just about anyone. If you're nice to her, and the people she cares about, she'll be nice to you, that's pretty much it. I can see her being friendly with most people, even probably the 'wrong sort'. There are times when she might even befriend someone nasty for the purpose of worrying her father a bit. But at the end of the day that sort of friendship would probably evolve into 'enemies' pretty quickly.
Enemies: Lucy definitely has a bad side that you wouldn't really wanna be on. She can be sassy, snarky and frankly just plain mean. It takes a fair amount of nastiness directed at her, or a friend to get on that bad side, but once you're there, you can expect snark, a few nasty hexes. Lucy also holds a grudge, once you're in her bad books, getting out of them is a lot of work.
Lovers: Lucy is bisexual, and a very sweet, romantic person. I could see her liking most anyone who treats her right and impresses her. I could also see her falling into some bad relationships and going down a dark path. Ultimately I don't have many ideas of where I want her to end up, and so I'm open to most anything when it comes to these sorts of relationships.brandon leif harper24 || Squib || Homosexual || Taken by jack hoganSo this fellow here is Brandon. Squib and Muggle Studies teacher extraordinaire He's a smart, caring guy, who honestly does his best to do the right thing by everyone around him. That said he's got some real bitterness deep down over the fact he has two successful magical siblings and he ended up a squib. At the end of the day you can pretty much expect Brandon to do what he thinks is good. Which isn't always gonna be what the rules say he should be doing.
Friends: Brandon is a friendly guy who is really loyal when it comes down to it. He'll make friends with just about anyone who isn't a total monster, but he also won't put up with his friends being nasty to each other or other decent people, he'll probably call you out if he sees that. That said, He'll make friends with almost anyone and there doesn't need to be much tension if that's not your thing.
Enemies: Brandon is a squib so there's a source of tension instantly for any blood purists. He's also gay, so if there's anyone out there who has a character that simply doesn't get that, due to their conservative pure blood upbringing, that's an option. He's also the sort of person who will try to do the right thing, so if you're trying to do the wrong thing, there's gonna be a problem there.
Lovers: Brandon currently has a thing going on with jack hogan . He's also only really had a couple of previous relationships, the most serious of which was with a muggle man who he almost married. He could have had other exes if people are interested in that. Likely chance is he won't be looking for another guy any time soon.
Note: There's currently a want ad for his and @cableavery 's sister still available.anabel cadence le beau18 || slytherin student || (closet) bisexual || single PARTNER WANTED
This is Annie. Annie is the worst. She's a quarter Veela, and she loves to flaunt it. She really is a snake with an angel's face in just about every way. She's manipulative, she uses her charms as a weapon, she loves control over people and she'll do just about everything she can to get it. She was in France for the first four years of her education but was born in England and spent a lot of her younger years here prior to her father's temporary relocation.
Friends: Annie should have plenty of friends. Some she actually cares about, some she's just manipulating, of course she'd never admit that there's a difference between the two categories and honestly in her mind there isn't much of one. What matters to her is what you can do for her. If she actually likes you, that's a bonus and she won't do anything to hurt you, most likely. I see her being the queen bee type, so she probably needs quite a few friends, and hangers on, being a veela that should be easy enough. That said your character doesn't have to be a minion, or something like that, as much as I'm sure Annie would love that.
Friends: Annie should have plenty of friends. Some she actually cares about, some she's just manipulating, of course she'd never admit that there's a difference between the two categories and honestly in her mind there isn't much of one. That said your character doesn't have to be a minion, or something like that, as much as I'm sure Annie would love that.
Enemies: If there's one thing that Annie does, it's burn bridges. She uses people, chews them up and spits them out, and she's been doing this at Hogwarts for three years now. I'd love the idea of people -hating- her for that. She already has one enemy - at least Annie thinks so - in @ginny , and I don't plan for her to stop there, so come, hate, enjoy.
Lovers: Sincere relationships aren't an option with Annie unless you're interested in the want ad I have out for her at the moment, but that doesn't mean she can't try to exploit your charries, or have flings with them. In fact it's something she's very likely to do. Hit me up if you want to take the ad, or if you'd like short romance plots that end in heartache, or just a cold break up. Annie is very insecure about liking girls and largely just hides it, for fear that her parents wouldn't understand, and that would damage her queen bee image.
Meet Alba. A caring, bright and friendly girl, who might be a little too composed for her own good sometimes. She's Kingsley Shacklebolt's daughter and honestly, she's got a very political mindset as a result. Her father was Minister for Magic for a long time and she learned a fair bit from him. She's a good person, brave, loyal, and very dedicated, but she has a serious bad side too, for those who upset her. After her father held the top job, she feels she needs to be ambitious, herself, and live up to a reputation. She honestly could have ended up in any house, but it was her personal love of learning and self improvement that saw her into Ravenclaw.
Friends: Alba is very friendly and caring, but she also doesn't take crap from her friends. She'll be friendly to anyone who is to her, and she'll look after the people who are good to her and those around her, but she's not afraid to call her friends out when they're acting in a way she doesn't find acceptable. That isn't to say that she'll cut ties, but she'll argue for others if her friends aren't being fair.
Enemies: Alba's very opinionated. She has ideas and strong feelings about a lot of issues. If anyone is an ardent supporter of either the attrocities committed by the Umbridge administration -or- the violence committed by the being armies, then she will have strong feelings toward them. She's also just generally against the likes of blood purists, and similar such people. If you fall into those categories, or have other reasons to actively antagonise her. it's entirely possible you'll end up an enemy.
Lovers: Alba's Sapiosexual. Attracted primarily to intelligence, regardless of who the person using it is. She will develop feelings for smart people easily if she can see their brains in action. What this means though is that she might fall hard for someone (male or female) who doesn't see the same sort of attraction or what hte same sorts of relationships she does. When she does find a lover, she'll be very loyal to yhem, and protective of them, as she is with her friends. She'll also hold them to fairly high standards, not out of some sense of pride in herself, but because anyone who really impresses her is someone she's sure can achieve.
Meet Astrid. This Sweedish sweetheart is the transfigurations professor at Hogwarts, and she's good at her job. Having mastered animagus transformation at a relatively young age. Astrid is sweet, loving and caring, but tends to get very dramatic and emotional when she's upset. She's a sweet lady who loves her students, and her friends alike. She won't be looking to make any enemies but she's not shy either, so it definately could happen.
Friends: You'd be hard pressed to find a more genuinely sweet lady than Astrid. She's honestly the type to be fun and friendly to anyone she meet,s trying to put her best foot forward. If you're not to her she'll be nice to you. I can't see her refusing to try to be friendly with anyone, short of racists and warmongers, and even then she'll try to get through to them and be friendly anyway.
Enemies: Astrid is muggleborn, so anyone with an issue with that will have an issue with her. Her dramatic side may not do her many favours either, and once someone is an enemy it takes a lot to get out of her bad books.Honestly I'm open to enemy plots but it won't be Astrid instigating any enmity with anyone, she does her best to avoid stuff like that.
Lovers: Astrid is bisexual and is very friendly, outgoing and flirtatious, she's quite happy to meet the right person for her however it comes. She is going to prefer someone sweet like her, who respects her independence and encourages her to follow whatever dreams she's musing on at the time. I'm very happy for her to meet people.
This lovely man is Vasco. He's a nasty, capitalistic, greedy, and vicious person, prone to violence and cut-throat business tactics, however, he tends to keep to his own business unless something big motivates him to pick a side for more reasons than just money. Vasco is always going to work for the highest bidder, and will always put his own survival and the integrity of his very shady business before anything else. Vasco runs an inn in Knockturned Alley named La Aguja (The Needle) and uses the place to house the nastiest and most shady people, no questions asked, with 'house keeping' up to and including corpse disposal for a nominal fee. As dangerous as he is he'll never betray a customer, or go back on a deal.
Friends: Vasco has more business partners than he does friends. He actually prefers to keep it that way. This doesn't mean it's impossible to get close to him, but it does mean it's difficult. He's not a very trusting man at all and he's often prone to suspicions. Once his friendship is earned, it would take something big to ruin it, however if you did end up ending a friendship with Vasco, and he'd let you in on anything, you'd be in a bad position.
Enemies: Simply put, nosey people, law enforcement, and ex clients who don't uphold their end of the deal will be most likely candidates for Vasco's enemies list. and enmity with him will either be long-lasting and contentious with a lot of social nastiness, or very brief and very violent. I'm happy to explore either option!
Lovers: Vasco is aromantic. He has no interest in love per se, but hooking up is an entirely different matter and he's very open minded in that department.
This is Levi. The half-giant son of a ministry of magic bigwig. He was pulled out of school and educated at home because his father was ashamed of him. Now he's pretty much done learning and in the process of figuring out what to do with himself. I have a wanted ad up for Levi's father if anyone's interested. He's going to be a nasty, and fairly plot intense character when it comes to interacting with Levi. Levi himself is a gentle giant for the most part. He's Gryffindor through and and through, brave, strong willed, dependable, yet passionate, and maybe even a little reckless.
Friends: Levi hasn't had the chance to make many friends but he's actively looking to. Anyone who shows an interest in him will probably get a chance in his books. He may seem imposing but at the end of the day he'll do his best to be nice to most people. That said he thinks the war is a horrid thing and I don't think he'd want to be close to its proponents.
Enemies: Those who hate beings will earn his contempt but he can't really express it. He's generally not too interested in having enemies but he's a judgmentally and stubborn person so once in a while he'll take a lot of offence to someone and they'll be an enemy for life.
Lovers: Largely he's probably going to be taken by hayden scrivens , but I can see him being interested in other guys if that doesn't work out. I can also see him having had flings in thee past when he's had the chance. He likes guys who like him for who he is and aren't afraid of him for his imposing stature. He's generally open minded.
Meet Ollie. Outgoing party-boy with a complicated past and an anonymous half-veela dad. He's an unmotivated, lazy snarky young man but at the end of the day he's open-minded and friendly. He loves attention, he moves to have fun, and at fifteen years old he's started to really thrive on male attention, discovering his veela charm recently, and with it his heritage. He's a troublemaker who has a thing for drink, and occasionally other less savoury things, but don't let that fool you, he's not a bad guy, just making a lot of bad choices.
Friends: Ollie's a social butterfly. He loves to be around people and he's very charming and outgoing. Chances are that if you can put up with him being a scarcastic brat from time to time you'll really get along well with him, and he'll be the sort of friend you can get into all sorts of fun trouble with. Ollie is going to want a lot of friends, male and female from all over the school.
Enemies: Let's see. What we have here is a snotty ,entitled party boy with issues with authority and veela charm built into his being. Chances are there's going to be a lot of enemies for this one. Maybe he stole your ex-boyfriend? Maybe you just don't like his attitude, there's a lot of possibilities here and I'd be really happy to explore all of them.
Lovers: Ollie's going have a bunch of these. He might even have girls interested in him that he doesn't return the feelings for if that's a road anyone wants to go down. Either way between the veela-ness and just how social and outgoing he is, I can see Ollie having quite a few lovers. He's got something going with yorick shacklebolt in terms of plot but that doesn't mean he can't meet anyone else either. He might be the type to cheat, but that remains to be seen too.
This lovely lady is Harriet Jones, Captain of the Holyhead Harpies, beater, and butch gal extraordinare. She's fierce, she's strong and she's familial. She's a brave, loyal friend but she's also opinionated and has seen some awful things in the past that have left her with a hard stance on life some times, not that you'd know it just by looking at her but she's been through some things.
Family: Family isn't even a section I usually include but in the case of Harriet it's very important, partially because there's requests out for her sibilings, partially because @cablety really kind of shaped her world and kept her from a lot of awful situations at the hands of her abusive father. Family is really important to her and will effect a bunch of her interactions with people.
Friends: Harriet's a lovely woman and eagerly makes friends, who she treasures. Because of her f amily situation she measures a lot of her self worth in loyalty and her ability to be there for her friends, so if you want a slightly damaged, albeit very loyal, very committed friend, Harriet's definitely an option. She loves her friends.
Enemies: Winston Churchill once said that if you have enemies that's a good thing. It means you stood up for something, and Harriet's very much thee type to stand up for what she believes in. She doesn't hide who she is, she doesn't hesitate when it comes to defending her views, her loved ones, or her friends. If you mess with someone she cares about you're an enemy. If Harriet says something you don''t like, she''s not backing down.
Lovers: Harriet is very much in love with camilla evans - jones And though they're not engaged yet, Harriet has every single intention of tying the knot with her dream girl. I'm super open for her to have exes, or past one night stands though. I think it would be brilliant for her to have a couple of girls in her past.
Meet Ethan; Seer, ministry official, lip-servicing wizard army supporter, and Order of Merlin Third Class recipient. Ethan is an unspeakable who hates Delores Umbridge and wishes she were never elected minister, but he keeps going for the sake of his job. Given the trauma of seeing the unknown so often, and the nature of his job, he can be very quiet and reserved, and often is. Occasionally he can be quite short tempered, though. Ethan is generally a nice person, who's very considerate. Despite his nominal alignment with the Umbridge ministry, he doesn't hate beings, and he's always the sort to be helpful if he can be, and feel a little guilty if he can't.
Friends: Ethan is a loving person but he's very professional and a bit rigid. Not to mention quite reserved and quiet. He could make friends with just about anyone, if they get him talking though. It's an easy possibility.
Enemies: Ethan is very unlikely to be open and honest wheen he dislikes someone but he doesn't have a lot of patience for people who he finds stupid or reprehensible - you also wouldn't need to be stupid to get that reaction from him, he can just be wrong.
Lovers: Ethan has never had a serious lover. He knows he's gay, or mostly gey based on how he's felt looking at people in the past. He kind of needs someone to get through his shell and then they'll have a really caring, loyal lover.
