Selena hated Saint Mungoes. She hadn't set foot in this place for years, the last time was when her mother was in the same state her half-brother was now. Selena was overwhelmed, given the mental state this place always put her in. Nearly losing a parent would always leave scars. The girl remembered these halls being crowded with healers, hearing her mother's yells of pain as her wounds were treated, followed by the tense waiting to see if she would even survive with the magical healing given to her. She remembered thinking of Fenrir Greyback would surely come here to find her, that her mother's survival would have been bait. She, quite irrationally thought the same may have been true about her half brother but she couldn't help but come to see him. She felt atrocious for the sort of aggression she'd shown Lambert since her thirteenth birthday. before that they had been friends, and now everything was coming full circle.
Selena was shown into Lambert's room, and Lena looked, piteously down at her scarred, and damaged half-brother. She didn't know exactly what to say. She had, in her bitterness been terrible to Lambert for a couple of years but yet here he was in the same state her mother had been in those years ago. It was almost too much for Selena to process.
"I'm sorry." She murmered. Not even sure if he was awake. She awkwardly set down the box of cauldron cakes she had bought for him.

If he had only been bitten once or twice Hogwarts would have kept him within the hospital wing, but due to the number of bites and just how close they were to one another alongside the mauling that he had received they had decided that it would be best to ship the boy off to St.Mungo's so he could get the attention that he would need to see through his wounds. Following the recent round of healing he had decided to have a nap (well more he figured there was nothing else that he could do) but as he was trying to sleep he caught the sound of the door opening followed by a feminine voice. Slowly his eyes opened a slight groan leaving him as his green eyes locked upon the face of his half sister. "Selena..."His voice was soft and slightly pained. The wounds were deep and taking longer to heal than any of them would have liked. He didn't want to be in this bed anymore. He wanted to be back at school. He wanted to be back with his friends and back roaming the halls between classes, not drinking potion after potion after potion.

Selena imagined that Lamb was probably surprised to see her, considering that for the last few years they hadn't been getting along, but this attack had reminded Selena that they were family. That this was her brother. She had hoped that this had dampened his relationship with their monstrous father, but she was much, much more worried with making sure that her brother was all right. For the first time in a while she really felt like an actual sister to Lamb. Protective and concerned. Willing to find whoever had hurt him and end them.
"Was it dad?" She asked, resentful of their father. She was confident that if it wasn't Fenrir Greyback it would have been some minion of his, some monstrous sadistic pack mate, but some smug part of her wanted to hear it from Lamb. She wanted confirmation for her disdain. Selena wasn't reckless, even if she was hateful. Her plan at this moment was to stay at school until she was older, then, she'd get a job that would come with all the training to end the werewolf who had done this. If it was her father, more's the better.
"I came as soon as they'd let me." She said steering the conversation back into the now, looking down at her brother and taking his hand supportively. "I'm sorry I've been such an ass to you, Lamb. You don't deserve it... I've just been dealing with a lot of things, and... I guess I've been putting that on you."
