This want ad is for the future boyfriend of Echo. Echo comes from an abusive home where his father hates him for being half-veela and looking so much like his mother. This has made him wary of people and he tends to stay away from them.
Enter this dude. He's noticed Echo - Echo's a half-veela, it's kind of hard for him to not stand out - and has taken it upon himself to claim Echo for himself. He is obsessive, possessive to the point that he gets jealous and kind of angry if Echo so much as smiles at another boy and generally isn't a very healthy relationship for Echo. Not that Echo will be able to see that. There's a lot of room for development and them to grow into a full on healthy relationship depending on how threads go.
I also kind of want him to be a vampire for the whole half-veela/vampire thing but that isn't required. As for age, anywhere from 14-17 works for me and it might actually be a little better plot-wise if the guy is a little older.
