Dio was bored between classes. Usually when people were bored they hung out with their friends. He wasn't one of those people however. Mostly because he didn't have any friends. Today he had decided to go to all classes instead of skipping them. Which was very unusual for him seeing he mostly only followed the ones he liked. However he had to show himself from a good side for a while. His uncle wasn't pleased when he got a letter from Hogwarts which said that Dio had been skipping classes.
On the bright hand; it was nice weather. So he figured he’d spend some time alone relaxing at the border of the Black Lake. There he had his own special spot, he almost had carved his name in the tree. That spot had the most perfect view and the best sun/shadow ratio. He’d be back before dinner. In his pocket was a package of his favourite gum and a pack of cigarettes. Lately he was told to behave in class which caused more stress. And stress needed relieve. He planned to sit there, skip rocks and smoke a little
However as he arrived at the place someone else was sitting in his spot. The person sitting there was lucky to be cute otherwise Dio would have claimed his spot by kicking the other away. So far for his little private moment but he would not be so rude to send them away. This person got here first, fine. However he still wanted his spot so he bluntly put his arms around their shoulders and legs and rose the place-thief from the place. He walked like that a few steps further and placed them down again. His calm and emotionless eyes shot down on her when he walked back to the spot and settled, without having said a word.

The fifteen year old was pretty bored himself. Usually the quarter veela was the life of the party but even he needed to get away once in a while, and so he found himself out on the grounds. He had a flask sitting beside him. Firewhiskey he had convinced a student who was of age to buy for him. He was glad the older Gryffindor girl had been particularly susceptible to his magical advances. Now he was reaping the rewards of his manipulation. It was an advantage of long flowing school robes that concealing a flask was an easy thing. Ollie was honestly more or less zoned out at this stage, slightly tipsy and just bored with how class was going. As a fourth year he didn't have free periods but at least it was lunch time now, he'd raided the Great Hall for food, and now he was just hoping to chill out. He hadn't considered the consequences of going to class drunk, at all.
Ollie was just sighing, unwinding as he felt strong arms scooping him up. "Wh-" He stifled his response before grinning, his veela charm rising up, as he looked at the handsome older Slytherin. Deciding to be the smartass he was, Ollie put his own arms around the older boy. If he'd known this guy at all, it was entirely possible that Ollie would have kissed him. Instead he settled for his best sultry "Hey there." When he was set down Ollie was almost offended that he hadn't stopped the boy in his tracks. Wasn't he handsome? Alluring? Maybe it was that the older student smelled the alcohol on Ollie's breath. Either way, it had the young Veela flustered. He didn't particularly know what to make of the older. He was handsome but Ollie had been around long enough to know the Greyback kids were all weird and worrisome in their own ways. Dio had a particular reputation for being trouble.
Ollie stalked back over, setting himself down directly beside the other, basically daring him to protest. Then he saw the other's pack of cigarettes. "Swig of whiskey for a smoke?" He offered warmly.

This was a noisy one. Tsk. How annoying. He tried his best not to look at the Gryffindor but for some reason something pulled him in. He glared at the boy as he spoke. "Shut up," he grumbled as he put the younger one down. Once settled in his favorite spot, he lightened a cigarette. Smoking his favorite brand of cigarettes, Dio found peace for just a moment, his headache disappearing. Before he knew it the cute annoyance was back. A sharp blue gaze glared up when the Gryffindor came back. Would he have to defend his spot? No problem, he was older and no doubt stronger. He could keep pushing him away. And so he did when the Gryffindor sat directly beside him. "You're lucky to be cute or I'd have thrown you in the lake," he snarled at the younger one. He had no trouble reminding the weaker where they stood. A fourth year should know his place.
Dio breathed a cloud of smoke towards the Gryffindor. He noticed the bottle of whiskey when offered. The Slytherin ran a hand through his blonde messy hair and leaned close with a sly grin. "Oh? Does the little Lion think he is cool? Silly little lion," he whispered and bit the boy's earlobe as he snatched the flask with his strength. He was physically strong, that he knew after beating his adult uncle plenty of times. And he'd use that strength. Dio took a large swing of the flask before he closed it and threw it back in the kid's lap. He wiped his lips and continued smoking. Looking over the other boy, he chuckled. "I know you, you're the Gryffindor slut. Seems like I'm not the only one here with a reputation. Albeit a different kind," he grinned.

Ollie grinned as he was recognised by his reputation. He wasn't bothered by the bigger stronger male's use of force in fact it kind of interested him. That said he was still a lion he was brave and he had offered his treat in exchange for a smoke. As the whiskey landed back in his lap with no mention of the elder honouring his end of the deal, Ollie pouted slightly. What he thought was probably a cute look. He intended to disarm, rather than to get his way through the expression alone. The other had peaked his interest by biting into his earlobe. "You owe me a smoke." He said making a grab for the snake's pack, even as the other alluded to his reputation.
"I see my reputation proceeds me." He said owning it. He knew exactly who he was and he didn't deny it. He reached into the pocket of his robe, producing his own lighter for the cigarette he'd stolen. He didn't realise quite how volatile the older man was he didn't know that there was danger from having stolen a smoke even as he returned the other's pack casually. "You don't seem the type to judge." He commented with a laugh. "Or is it that you object to a 'lion' getting more action than the big, scary snake?" he teased. Ollie wasn't quite prepared to straddle the other but he had certainly entertained the idea. He leaned in, returning the other's nip on the ear... Was it a sexual act? Honestly Ollie didn't know. He was just being his usual playful self. However it went, it went.
Ollie kept his eyes on the other. Even if he had known he was in danger, he wouldn't have acted much differently. Ollie was young and foolish but he was also a Gryffindor, blessed, or cursed with unusual bravery, and a lot more curiosity and desire than common sense. Regardless of how things progressed from here, he was quite happy to sit there and poke and prod the serpent. This sort of playful activity was his strong suit.

Dio's sharp gaze laid on the younger boy as he took his pack of cigarettes. He let him, just because he wanted to know what he'd do. Sure he liked his cigarettes and came here to relax. An educational distraction would do. "You seem proud," he stated neutrally. Personally Dio couldn't care less. It was neither a positive thing or negative thing. People talked and gossiped. They made lies or exaggerated the truth. He watched the Gryffindor light a cigaretted. After one breath, Dio leaned over and snatched the stick of death from the boy's mouth. "One smoke," he smirked, winked and added the newly lid cigarette to his own which was almost done. These cigarettes didn't come easy. Despite that his uncle smoked, he wouldn't let him smoke casually. Just during their small together, could you call it father and son moments? He didn't consider his uncle as a replacement of his father that didn't want him. Still it was the closest thing to a parent he currently had. The Slytherin shrugged and numbed his old finished cigarette. "Why would I judge? We've all got our quirks and dark desires." Lust was quite innocent he assumed.
He tilted his head. "Oh no I don't. I don't doubt that you get more action. You see, you're easily pleased. Every simple man can satisfy you. But I don't like simple men. They bore me. And people who bore me don't end up well," he said with a sadistic grin. Dio was picky when it came to his interests. There hadn't been many he considered worthy getting intimate with. Besides, he seemed to scare people off for some reason. Such a disappointment. This world was dull. "Perhaps you're the same as I but you just haven't discovered it yet. You've got your many little adventures with all these boring people in hopes of getting some excitement." Was the little lion truly worth his titles or was he just like everyone else. Dio would find out some day. It already said quite something about the little lion that Dio was interested in finding out. Usually he could tell the boring ones from the interesting ones.
His eyebrow rose when the Lion came closer, he dared him. The little lion nibbled his ear. Dio snorted and chuckled. "You're but a cub, little lion. Was that revenge? Perhaps you're more like them after all," he sighed in disappointment. This boy brought the sadistic side up in him. Dio's blue eyes shone dangerously. Slytherins were snakes and he was definitely a venomous one. So the little lion demonstrated his reputation. Now it was time to live up to his own reputation. The blonde took the cigarette from his mouth and pressed the still burning tip in the younger boy's neck. "You're an ignorant fool," he smirked and leaned in to lick the small mark he just made.
Knowing that this could get him expelled, he sighed and took his wand. With an easy charm, he healed the burn. It was good that he preformed healing and mending charms well. Dio liked to break things and people. But that was a dangerous hobby. "Are you still brave, Gryffindor?"

The thing was. Everything Dio said was true at least in that first moment. He had offered Ollie one smoke, and he'd gotten one mouthful of smoke. For a mouthful of firewhiskey, how could he really complain about this transaction. He did pout a little as the smoke was snatched away but he wasn't going to argue. He was a social smoker anyway. Asking for the cancer stick had been much more a conversation starter than anything else. "I am proud." He said in response. He didn't think being the school's resident slut was a virtue, but he didn't think of it as a bad thing himself. "I'm doing what I enjoy and I don't care who judges me for it. What's not to be proud of?" He asked the older student in an almost bored tone. He took another swig from his flask of firewhiskey, before freely and lazily offering it to the older boy. He didn't have much of a desire to get drunk himself at this stage, he just didn't want to waste the last of his drink, and there was still nearly a full flask. "Go ahead and take another drink."
Ollie shrugged when the other told him he was easily pleased. It was true, and once again Ollie didn't care. Was stating the obvious meant to bother him? Did the older male think he was onto some grand discovery? Then there was the threat of danger, The remark that the simple bored the older man, That caught Ollie's attention all over again. Though his decision to bite at the older student's ear had apparently disappointed the other Ollie wouldn't apologise. Being called a cub, and a fool Being told he was more like 'them' than the other thought. It was all interesting. Whe he saw Dio pull the smoke from his mouth Ollie didn't think anything of it, He was more concerned with breathing the smokey air than anything else and so the quick press of a burning cigarette to his neck went undefended against.
The young lion let out a gasp of surprise and pain recoiling just slightly but he woudln't be scared off easily. Ollie had studied basic healing and so in response he simply grinned through the pain doing his best to show he wasn't intimidated, and pressed his wand to the the burn, grinning as the pain subsided and his flesh healed with his simple incantation, He'd taken basic healing. Unfortunately, Ollie's survival instinct was well and truly weaker than his bravery and his desire to impress.
"You'll have to do better than that."

Dio didn't respond much except for a shrug when the younger boy told him he was proud of being a slut. "Well that's entirely in your right, kid. Just be careful you don't fuck the wrong guy and collect STDs," he said casually as he smoked Ollie's cigarette. Honestly he didn't care what made this guy happy. Sex wasn't the worst thing in the world. People acted like it was some huge deal. Heck Dio liked sex too, just not with everyone. Unless he was drunk but he tried to keep himself at the tipsy level when drinking. Wouldn't want to wake up next to a boring goat the next day. "Huh?" The Slytherin rose an eyebrow when he was offered another drink. Now he felt like an ass for taking back his cigarette. Well played kid... With a look on his face, he took another swing and held the cigarette against the Gryffindor's lips again. "One puff," he commented. Dio smirked at the smell of the burning flesh, smelled like bacon. He flicked the cigarette away in the open, not caring where it'd end up. The gasp was cute, he had to admit that. The young lion was acting tough. Hmm... Perhaps this one would be strong enough to endure him. So what if this one was a slut? Life was boring without a little risk. Keeping a little toy walking around could be fun to get through the boring school life. "Oh? Is that an invitation?" Dio smirked and licked his lips. His eyes went up to the tree above him and then shimmered back at Ollie. "Let's see what you're made of, my sweet little lion," he leaned in and kissed the other as a reward for his strength. A survival spirit was always a big turn on for him. He sucked and bit Ollie's bottom lip until he felt blood and then pulled back. He licked Ollie's blood that had gotten on his lips and grabbed his wand. With an entausastic sparkle in his eyes he summoned ropes that wrapped around the Gryffindor's wrists and then up to the tree. He made it so that the other could only stand. Then he stood before the shorter boy and let his shadow fell over him. "Now, what to do with you?" ollie long
