He knew in a way that it was a little morbid but when Jordan wanted to be alone he always came to the White Tomb. He always felt that if there was something on his mind that this solitary space was the best place to sort it all out. He would often talk out loud as if he was having a discussion with Dumbledore and he like to think that the old Headmaster was listening and was giving advice back in his own way as Jordan always felt better after visiting here. Things always seemed clearer. He didn’t know what to do however and he wasn’t sure how Dumbledore could help him this time as Jordan didn’t think that this problem would be solved by talking to someone that was really there. It was heart issue and not a head issues. Head issues you could talk yourself through, well that was how Jordan saw it. Heart though was deeper and he didn’t understand why he was feeling the way that did and if he didn’t understand it he couldn’t see how someone that wasn’t really there could help him this time. With his frustration and a little anger Jordan screamed to the clear, cool day. Tag: jacob blackwell

There had been a lot about Jacob that no one knew about - taking walks in the cool bitter air was one of them. There had been no classes that day, something the Blackwell twin was thankful for because he wanted to clear his head. Homework could wait, chatting up friends could wait, everything could wait. All he wanted was to be alone to his thoughts and the most nights he had nightmares of the events that had taken place the summer prior. How he almost lost Evie and almost lost his cool.
The male blew into his hands as he walked along the shores of the lake, his eyes searching for the perfect spot to sit. The moment he had found it, he heard the scream nearby and his protective instincts took over his senses. He burst into a run, heading into the direction of the screaming and stopped when he neared the White Tomb, the resting place of Albus Dumbledore.
His eyes moved along the area and eyed his house and Quidditch teammate. ”Dude, you okay?” he asked, out of breath.

He had never seen anyone else here so he never expected anyone else to come this way let alone here his scream of frustration. Having it be a fellow Gryffindor and a member of the Quidditch team made it all seem worse and kind of embarrassing. It didn't surprise Jordan that Jacob came running when he heard a screen. It was just the kind of thing that Jacob would do, come running to save some poor sap from whatever danger they were in. It would be what Jordan would do himself actually. Gryffindors would always fight rather than flight it was just the way they were and if they were fighting to save someone else even better because it was chivalrous. Bravery and Chivalry, that's what they were. But Jordan wasn't in danger, he wasn't injured or harmed in anyway. He wasn't fighting some monster that had wondered out of the forest, come out of the lake or some stupid-ass Slytherin looking for a fight. He was just confused and needed to get his frustrations out. He looked down at his feet which in turn made him look at the tomb and it occurred to him that maybe Dumbledore was trying to assist him after all. Through Jacob. Jordan looked up at his house mate and Quidditch team mate. "Um, yeah but no," he stumbled. "Don't know I guess. Just trying to work things out you know but thinking out it is not really working all that well. Just frustrated you know?" tag : jacob blackwell

People had known Jacob for his heroic acts in the past, having saved a first year from getting hexed by a Slytherin seventh year just a year ago. There's no way he'd let someone down and he'd do anything for a fellow housemate, a fellow Quidditch player. They were family after all. Okay, so that sounded sappy but it was true. Most of these people he had known for years because they shared the same house, same team and sat at the same table. Of course he'd come save them from whatever is attacking them, it was in his protective nature. And there's no way he'd let someone get hurt. Not again. He could remember the night in the summer with his sister and had tried to forget, but knew he couldn't. It was going to haunt him for the rest of his life - and he had suffered nightmares because of the incident. Jacob almost lost his sister that day, and he would never forgive the guy. The guy had walked toward his housemate slowly, hands going into the pocket of his sweatshirt and he eyed the tomb. Some people would come down to this place to pay their respects for the best Headmaster the school had ever seen. "I get it. Screaming helps with the frustrations. Better release them outside than in the castle." he said. "Do you want to talk about it?" It was the least he can do. jordan hammersmith

Should he or shouldn't he? That was the question. Should he reveal his thoughts and feelings to Jacob. Things that he hadn't even discussed with his dorm mates. They were all friends after all and Almir was his bash brother and James was on the team as well. It wouldn't be like they wouldn't understand after all. It was just that he didn't understand himself and he didn't like that at all. He always thought that he knew what he was but now he wasn't sure. Maybe talking to someone that was a friend but not that close would be a help. Jordan gulped a bit of air and then looked up hesitantly at Jacob. "Well this this kid in Hufflepuff that I feel drawn to an I don't know why," he said his voice low, almost a whisper. "Stupid I know to feel frustrated but I do. I don't know I feel this way." jacob blackwell

Jacob had been wondering what was on his teammates mind, and he would listen to whatever issue he had. Boy trouble. Girl trouble. Though there were some students around the student body that refused to come to Jacob for advice and he didn't blame them. Sometimes he didn't take things seriously, laugh it off and joke about it. But with the screaming that caused Jacob to run to the rescue, and the thought of someone being in danger, it had made him a concern housemate. He knew he shouldn't judge Jordan for what he was saying, and so he wasn't. Instead, he had listened and nodded. "You like this Hufflepuff? It seems to me that it's a crush that isn't going away any time soon. I don't know what to tell you man, but a part of me says go for it." he said. Man, he sucked at this. jordan hammersmith

Jordan could feel his frustration rising again. Partially due to the his problem and partially due to Jacob. He looked down at the tomb. You chose the wrong dude, Jordan thought frowning at the tomb. Though admittedly Jordan had left a few things out in telling his problem to the chaser. Running his hand over his head with it stopping on neck and lifting his head he looked defiantly up at the Gryffindor. "I know it is crush but I don't know why. That is what the problem is. You see it is not a girl and I have never been attracted to a dude before and I don't know what to do about. I just need to be around him and it bothers me," he said. jacob blackwell
