 It was weird not having to board the Hogwarts Express this year, but almost a good kind of weird. He was free now. He was free to be whoever he wanted to be. To do anything he wanted to do. To shop whenever he wanted, and that was what he enjoyed most. His life had been boring until he had met Dimitri, and to be honest he was fighting to accept who he was, but around his boyfriend he could be himself.
Tonight they had agreed to meet up in Hogsmeade, to go on a classic date, and even though he worked alongside the young man, he couldn't seem to spend enough time with him. He wanted to be around him more and more, and there was just no way for him to describe that.
The bell tinkled as he entered the Hogs Head. It wasn't the most premium of places to meet, but it was probably one of the few places that they didn't get to explore last year... not that it mattered too much. They were of age now so if they didn't enjoy this venue they could go somewhere else.
He just hoped for the sake of their relationship that he could overcome the fear within him and show him a sign of affection whilst they were out in public.
