NEW MEMBER OF STAFF

ACTIVITY CHECK
Our first of the month results have come through! Many of the results came through as a tie, so as a staff group we are slowly working through on breaking the ties, however we have released the banners of those who had been decided in the polls. So congratulations to:
james potter - Gryffindor of the Month
talon hobbs - Ravenclaw of the Month
theodore lupin - Adult of the Month
In order to qualify for of the months you need to have posted within a thread during the month, so go forth and grow your characters! Oh, and once we get more adult characters we will be splitting the Adult of the month up into their various member groups in order to give more people an opportunity to shine in the spotlight ^^
NEW MEMBER OF STAFF
Near the end of last month we launched a staff search due to the busy Christmas period coming up and due to the fact that both Tay and myself worked into retail. After reviewing all applications we found KIMMIE to be the best candidate! Thank you to those of you who did apply, and if you didn't make it we sent you a PM as to why we felt you weren't suited for the role this time around. So congrats Kimmie, we know you'll do us proud!
UPCOMING EVENT
At some point tomorrow I will be posting up our first site plot event! I can reveal now that the event will take place in St.Mungoes and will likely affect the following usergroups and factions:
Healers
Students (with family members in Mungoes/those affected by the war most directly)
Any injured characters in St.Mungoes
Werewolves & Werewolf Army
Ministry of Magic
Wizarding Army
So yeah, keep an eye out for that because it will be an opportunity for us to RP the first battle upon the site because I doubt the ministry will just sit back and watch this happen!
ACTIVITY CHECK
We have been open for quite awhile now so an Activity check will be in order, however this will not happen for a little while yet, we just thought we'd give you guys as members a heads up that there is one approaching, so if you need to drop a character or two, now would be a good time to start thinking about it.
