Willa here is @cablecharlie 's youngest child (that he knows of). She sees him the most, if only because she still lives in Romania as that's where her family is from.
Willa's great-great-great grandfather was Ivan Popa with Quidditch player (canon character mentioned on Pottermore and the wikia)
