Harm waited for her friend. It was odd, perhaps for members of Gryffindor and Slytherin houses to be close but they had quite a bit in common in this particular case. Where the difference between them lay, Harmony thought was that Harm accepted who she was and embraced it. She wasn't a normal girl, not even for a witch. The same could be said for Sara, but she fought against who and what she was. She tried to be good and fit the standards that Wizarding society had chosen for her. Harm understood. She herself hid the way she felt, and the things she wanted, but she didn't struggle against them. Denying herself, and living a less than satisfactory life as a result was something the young lioness just simply wasn't interested in. Still, she had seen something in the other girl, and she was sure that her fellow parselmouth had seen it too. Even if she didn't want to admit it.
When Harm saw Sara approach she grinned and made her way toward her friend. This wasn't going to be the innocent little study date she had suggested to Sara to get her here. The two could have studied together for a few subjects, they might even do so yet, but the Gryffindor, in typical Lion fashion had a bolder idea. "Hey Sara!" She grinned brightly. and gave her friend a very quick, friendly hug before pulling away to fall into step beside her. "I have an idea about how we might be able to have some fun," She said in a little voice, curious about what Sara would have to say about her dark little idea. She fell silent for a while as the pair entered the library room, making her way over to one of the tables and gesturing to a section of library sectioned off with a velvet rope.
"We could study for potions... Or we could find out what's so special about the restricted section." She whispered in a low tone. Harm knew that there was a lot of dangerous and nasty magic in the restricted section, and that was honestly the point. Harmony wanted to know more about that sort of magic, finding it very interesting.

And while you are sitting indoors waiting for the storm to pass I will be outside dancing in the rain
❧ Friends were new to the young parseltongue. She never truly had any besides her siblings who loved her purely because she was the baby of the family and because she was their sister. The brunette enjoyed this friendship and she honestly hoped that it would become something she could keep and treasure over time.
Her friend asked her to come to the library and that was where Sara was headed while avoiding eye contact at all times like usual. She is trouble sis... what if she doesn't like me? the thought did come across Sara's mind but then she remembered that Harm didn't judge and so she just shrugged it off.
"She likes us.. both of us." she said in a hushed tone not wanting people to know she was talking to the voice in her head. Some paintings did notice and just frowned at it before Sara entered the library and noticed her friend as well. "Hello." she said calmly and hugged Harm since that seemed to be the social convention here.
"Fun?" Sara had ideas on how to have fun but none of them included books. "I don't like to study." Sara said and eyed the curtain with a cock of her head. "Restricted.. special.." she hummed and headed for the curtain without question. "Okay."

"Be careful. It needs to be secret. I'll distract the librarian" Harmony whispered. She didn't realised she'd switched to parseltongue and thankfully it seemed as though nobody else had heard. Harm was amazed by how quickly after that point the other agreed. She didn't think twice and that was definitely a good thing. Harmony had a moment of selfish thought there. She could probably use Sara, if she was that obedient and that eager to please. Of course Harm wasn't that easily trusting herself, she watched the other shrewdly, wondering what must have been happening in her head. Harmony had been curious to learn about the voice within Sara's head.
Harmony was practically salivating at the possibility of delving into dark, unsavoury lore. She wanted to find dark, mysterious powers. She watched her friend's efforts as best she could as the other approached the curtain. How would this go? Harm thought it was a a case of better safe than sorry and stood, moving to talk to the librarian, asking a series of inane questions. The librarian may have been confused by the very monotone voice of a thirteen year old girl but the questions were nothing out of the ordinary. She ultimately decided on asking questions about books on potions, specific obscure potions. Wasting a bit of time with the librarian, in order to buy time for Sara seemed like a simple trade off.
It took quite a while and Harm would have to leave the library encumbered with books she had no interest in, but soon she moved back to where she had sat with Sara. "Did you get anything fun?" She asked the other in a low voice.
