He really should be preparing for his final exams, but James was sure he’d pass Astronomy and Transfiguration without much trouble. As for the other classes, he didn’t much care to stay at the castle on a gorgeous day when he could be out roaming the streets of Hogsmeade. That was exactly what he was going to be doing too. There really wasn’t a reason for James to be there. He still had plenty of candy left, so he didn’t have to buy anymore of that. He had explored the prank shop, looking at the things they just got in, but saw nothing worthwhile there. He still had some pranks anyway that would be funny to set off on an unsuspecting professor one day. He still needed to discuss the end of term feast prank with his friends. James had a few ideas for that, though. As he was walking, he saw the unmistakable red hair of one of his uncles, though he wasn’t really sure which one since he could only see the back. He ran over to him. “Uncle Charlie!” he exclaimed. “So, got an interesting story to tell?” Probably not the best way to greet a family member, but James was curious. The man worked with dragons, after all. He’d be surprised if he didn’t have one. @cablecharlie

Charlie still lived in Romania, but he was here actually on dragon related business. or well, creature related anyway. It was something still in the early stages, but he'd come down anyway, deciding he'd spend the whole month in the UK visiting his family, since his nieces and nephews who were at Hogwarts would soon be starting their summer holiday. It would be nice to see them since it'd been a while. He'd even had to miss Christmas at the Burrow, which had of course not been ideal. He'd never let that happen again. He'd fully intended to come, he'd even had plans to bring his daughter Willa along to meet her cousins, but they'd needed him at work. It couldn't be helped.
Hopefully he could try and make it up now by staying for as long as he could this time. Today though he was simply browsing around Hogsmeade since it'd been quite a while since he'd been here. He was contemplating which shop to go in next when he heard a fairly familiar voice. He turned his head, looking around before grinning as he spotted his second-oldest nephew. "James!" he beamed at the teen before laughing softly at the instant request for a story. "Don't I always have one?" the red-haired man chuckled before nodding a little, "I have a few."
