Another school year and more importantly, he was Quidditch captain this year. Zander was absolutely thrilled about that. Moving through the corridors, he found himself on the fourth floor. He didn't have a set destination in mind, really. He was just bored and not in the mood to do his schoolwork. The school year was off to a good start for him despite everything going on with the Umbridge thing. Other not completely human students were worried but Zan had actually not thought on it too much. Turning a corner, he almost bumped into someone and he took a step back but didn't say anything quite yet.

zander goode Elisabetta had been in the fourth floor corridor mostly just sitting in the corner reading a book on Quidditch. She was intrigued by it really, and was curious about her flying class. She was a first year, and had been sorted into Gryffindor. She had heard great things of her house, but she had no idea what to expect now. This world around her was so vast, and she felt there wasn't enough time in the day to discover all she wanted to discover. Lifting herself from the floor, she continued to read her book as she made her way toward the lower levels. She wanted to grab a bite to eat, as she was starting to feel a bit peckish. However, fate had a different plan for her. Paying little attention as her eyes were stuck on her book, she nearly tumbled over as she collided with another student. A near miss really, and she froze as she flashed a look over to him. "I am so sorry!" She felt horrible. "I was, I was reading, and..." She frowned, and felt a little intimidated as she realized he was much older than her. Hopefully he wouldn't yell at her. What if he hated muggleborns? How would he know if she was though, she really needed to relax...

Zander rose a slightly amused eyebrow as a little girl collided into him. Due to his excellent memory, he knew who the first years were from the sorting. He figured it would probably alarm her if he knew her name though. "It's fine, no harm done," Zander said as he looked at her. "Are you all right? Wouldn't be a very good older student if I want around breaking firsties now would I?" He said with a chuckle.
