ABOUT: Although he was born in South Korea, Ezra's father and grandmother moved to England while he was fairly small. He doesn't remember much about South Korea aside from a few faces that he now puts together with pictures from around the house; various family members who don't even take the time to visit. When he's not at Hogwarts, Ezra tends to spend his summers with his father and helping to take care of his grandmother. Though he speaks Korean, he's not all that fluent with the language. He can get away with many words with his family but he wouldn't be able to survive on his own if he were able to travel back to South Korea for anything.
Being in his Seventh Year, Ezra is at a point in his life where he is trying to decide what he is going to do. Both father and grandmother are muggles, trying to encourage him to follow in his father's footsteps to find some kind of muggle job. He knows he's going to have to make some decisions before he graduates but the pull between the muggle and the magic world is getting harder and harder.
NEEDS/POSSIBILITIES:
Romantic interest: When it comes to a romantic interest, not only does Ezra need the chance to understand what he wants out of life, but he needs someone that is going to be patient as he tries to figure things out. A relationship with him would be steamy, but the emotions would be slow to understand. He was harmed by a group of men only a few years ago. Though he hides it well, the memory of the attack haunts him to this day. Once he falls in love with someone and deals with the past, he's a very loyal person. Ezra will also likely be possessive of the person and therefore needs someone who will encourage as well as challenge him. He really likes a challenge.
Friends: Friends are rather hard to make for Ezra. He's not the most forthcoming with people about details to who he is and what he likes to do. If someone is going to be his friend, they need to be the type to either be very understanding or be the type to push buttons. It's harder for him to get along with other guys but he's not opposed to having male friends. He is a very good listener, especially if someone is dealing with a very difficult situation. He loves academics and is willing to help tutor people if they need that extra help for class. He loves his food, as a hufflepuff, so someone who is a good cook is very likely to get his attention quickly.
Enemies: The only true enemies that he has are those that hurt him. He was hurt several years ago after a group of muggles were drawn in by his veela allure. He was outnumbered and taken advantage of. Anyone who attacks him physically or takes advantage of him gets put in the same category as those monsters.
